About us
A Towing Company Built on Showing Up
Elie's Towing provides towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery across Rhode Island and Southern New England. We're a team that understands what it's like to be stuck on the side of the road — and we built this company to be the call that makes that moment better.
Our Story
Elie's Towing was built on a simple promise: when someone calls for a tow, they're usually having a bad day — and how we show up matters. That's why we answer the phone, give honest arrival estimates, explain pricing before the work begins, and treat every vehicle like it belongs to a neighbor.
We've grown by earning repeat calls and referrals — drivers who call back, families who recommend us, and businesses that trust us with their fleet vehicles. Every job, from a jump-start in a parking lot to an accident recovery on the highway, gets the same professional handling.
Breakdowns and accidents are stressful. Our job is to take one problem off your plate — quickly, safely, and without surprises.
Our Mission
To be the towing company New England drivers trust in their worst moments — by responding fast, handling every vehicle with care, and treating every customer with respect.
